That was very observant. I struggled with what word to put there. I almost put &quot;church&quot; singular, because I believe that there is only one church which consisists of all who believe in Jesus for eternal life.

But I put the plural because it fits the reality of what I am doing. I am planting churches, and right now, I am involved in 3 different groups that consider themselves a church. The smallest is 4 others and myself. These three separate groups do not know each other, and so are technically, separate churches. There are lots of reasons for not bringing them together right now, which I won&#039;t get into here.

If I continue on the road I am on, I hope that this sort of thing continues to multiply.

We&#039;ll see what happens.

I am curious about the phrase you used in the first sentence of the second paragraph: “In the churches I am part of…”  I noticed that the word “churches” is plural and you seem to be talking in the present tense.
