It was actually too short and not well-explained enough for my tastes. I'd just try to find "Making Vision Stick" in a library or something. It's only about 80 pages long and you can finish it while you're waiting in line at Barnes and Noble! (I do not endorse that idea, by the way.) I got a sermon from a guy at church on Nehemiah on vision by someone that I can't remember right now. If it turns out to be valuable, I'll pass it along to you.
