Not that I know of. I don’t actually know how helpful this book would be for reading… It would really only work to read by if you were sitting at a table reading. I usually don’t read that way, but maybe some do?

I see you have the link to the kickstarter for this.
For those unfamiliar with kickstarter, it is a place where people with prototypes try to get funding for their projects in order to bring them to market.
If this is something you want to see made, you pledge to support it. The rewards for support vary by project, but usually larger pledges get more access and interaction with the team, and earlier pledges in the cycle get prototypes, or custom colors, the first shipments, or something to that effect.
If enough people pledge, by the deadline then all the money is charged (through amazon) and sent to the project team, and then they TRY to make it happen.
If they fall short of their pledges, NOTHING happens, no money exchanges hands and the project is canceled.
I have backed more than 20 projects that ended up being funded, and the success rate on the ones I have backed is probably 80-90% have shipped so far. One or two I would say are write-offs at this point.

It’s a cool idea, and many great projects have come to market as a result. Thanks for summary of how it works!
